I start my day with the sun… I open my eyes and say thank you! Nothing in this life is garenteed. NOTHING! I truly feel so grateful and blessed to wake up each day with a healthy body, happy soul, and loving family! I center myself before I start my day. I begin in the mornings with meditation, gratitude, and visualization for my goals!


I filmed a fun day in my life vlog, and I also included what I ate that day! What I eat changes every single day, and please keep in mind this is not a suggestion or reccomendation of what any one else should eat. Every persons needs are different and this is just one day of my life (meatless monday) Though every other day I do eat animal products as I find my body needs the full nutrients they have to offer for the human body.

I started my day with half of this beautiful seedless watermelon! For my digestion, it works best for me to eat fruit, but specifically all melons on an empty stomach not mixed with any other foods! Since fruits and melons digest quicker than other foods, it is best to eat them alone!

On days that I plan to workout I like having some quick carbs to fuel my workout! So, I blended up this delicious banana, date, & spiranlina smoothie for my pre-workout meal…

Bella’s Green Goddess smoothie:

  • 1 MEDJOOL DATE
  • 1 CUP SPINACH
  • 1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES
  • 1/2 BANANA
  • 1 SCOOP GARDEN OF LIFE PROTEIN
  • 1 TSP CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TSP SPIRALINA

After my workout I either go for a lunch bowl with animal protein to fuel my muscle recovery, but, since I am doing all plant meals today I made a yummy oat bowl with papaya, blueberries, lavva yogurt, hemp seeds, topped with some pretty micro greens!

Last, but not least I made this delicious nourish bowl for my dinner before we headed of to the concert. I am a Nourish Bowl LOVER as they truly are a balanced meal, and I love that you can mix up the ingredients and make so many fun bowls!

The root of the nourish bowl is choosing nutrient-dense veggies, fruits/carbohydrates, healthy fats, and quality proteins to make a filling meal in a bowl.
