What I eat in a day! Teen Vegan & Gluten-free! – Chow Bella Travels

Eating to me is simply a way to nourish and fuel my body… When I eat something, put something on my skin or even listen to something, I am careful what those things are as they can all have an effect on my body! Each and every day I find so much joy in giving my body what it needs and moving it! Here is a typical day of eating as a vegan & Gluten-free teen.

I really LOVE cooking, so when we are home for some time, it makes me so happy to use my kitchen and all the variates of plants from this beautiful earth!  As my family and I travel so much obviously I do not get to cook, so it is so fun for me to get some time in the kitchen!!
