How to travel living a gluten-free & plant-based vegan lifestyle?
I know it can be difficult to eat a whole foods plant-based vegan diet at times. And, especially when you are gluten-free and vegan!! Especially when you’re traveling to new places, and you do not know what to expect!! But do not worry, I have found some awesome snacks that make it a whole lot easier!!
Why Whole foods plant-based?
In my research, I find this lifestyle best suits me! My body really thrives off of whole plant foods and I have also been gluten-free for over a year and I feel so wonderful!
