My favorite things to do at Disneyland in California – ChowBellaTravels

November 29, 2017

They say Disneyland is “The Happiest Place On Earth! Well, they couldn’t be more right…

From the moment you step foot on Disney property, they make you feel so special, all the cast members spread so much happiness! From Mickey Mouse greeting you with a high-five as you walk by to the constant stream of bubbles from  little kids running around with bubble guns, this place is truly “magical!”

Ever since I was little, it has sort of been a tradition to celebrate my birthday at Disneyland. And thankfully, my birthday is in December, so Disneyland is always fully decked out in Christmas decorations which makes the experience so much more magical (and it snows on Main Street) !!

California Adventure recently introduced Frozen the musical to replace Aladdin, and if you didn’t already know, I absolutely love musicals!!! So we were very excited to watch the new stage spectacular and headed to the theatre first!

We got in line for the orchestra seating and they let us in after about 12 minutes of waiting, then we found some great seats with a center view (it is open seating so you can sit anywhere).

Watching Frozen come to life on stage is such an amazing experience after seeing it on the big screen! I loved how they made you feel apart of the show by dancing and running through the audience! And of course, my favorite part was adorable Olaf and his big solo!

After the show (which was about 60 minutes) we went to the Animation Academy and drew Tigger, he is seriously so fun to draw! We walked around Paradise Pier and California Adventure for a bit and then headed over to the Disneyland side.

I absolutely love California Adventure! But, I also really love the Disneyland side, it is so classic, magical & and Walt’s vision!

We first went to Toon Town where Mickey and his Friends live! Mickey is the cutest Disney character,  and I always love exploring Mickey’s and Minnie’s house!

Main Street in Disneyland is definitely my favorite and the most iconic part of Disneyland! You just get such a special feeling as soon as you start making your way down Main Street, get some ice cream, horse-drawn carriages pass you by and you can get a Mickey balloon!

My styled look for the park. My sparkly Minnie ears and my Morris York CO watch. I just love this watch. You can still take advantage of the Black Friday deal with my code CHOWBELLATRAVELS10 on Morris York CO

This is my favorite time of year to visit Disneyland, I love all the decorations, snow, and special holiday shows! The castle always has the most beautiful decorations this time of year!

Such a cute spot for pics!

I had an amazing time at Disneyland with my family, and I am excited to visit again soon!
I hope you enjoyed seeing the fun pictures from our time at Disneyland.
