Review: Brunch at Bottega Louie Los Angeles

March 4, 2017

Beautiful drive into LA surrounded by towering buildings.

I started with a raspberry Italian soda, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Yum!!

The margarita pizza took me back to when I was younger in Tuscany having a pizza that was the closest to this I have ever had.  Incredible.

This is the truffle oil pizza, they top it with an egg and spread the yolk and it continues cooking from the heat of the pizza.

The eggs Benedict, perfectly poached eggs with crispy Canadian bacon, and a side of frisee.

Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

The pizza station, fresh ingredients, home made dough and the pizza oven.

The kitchen staff perfecting their dishes before they go out to the tables. Each wiping the edge of the plate where some oil or other sauce may have dripped.

Their Yummy dessert choices. They have chocolates, cakes, macaroons and many other delicious options.

They make millions of dollars a year from their desserts alone.

Because they are so good!

Their macaroons are absolutely amazing.

Have you ever had a macaroon from Bottega Louie?

I would highly recommend it.

Overall I give them.         *****
